P&C Analyst

The P&C Analyst of Labor Relations in charge of driving compliance-centric case resolution and optimizing the offboarding lifecycle to protect company assets and enhance the employee experience.

What You’ll Do:

- Employee Offboarding Cycle: Managing the end-to-end offboarding lifecycle for all turnover types, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and statutory legal requirements.
- Labor cases resolution: Managing labor case resolution through Jira, consistently meeting or exceeding established SLAs to ensure timely and compliant outcomes.
- Execute employees termination: Execute employment terminations, including resignation with notice (desahucio) and dismissals for cause.
- Compliance and Legal Report: Managing occupational accident compliance by overseeing the end-to-end reporting process for workplace and commuting incidents (IDOPPRIL submissions) and strict adherence to Ministry of Labor filing deadlines of all proper documentations.
- Payroll Severance Process: Executing end-to-end severance payroll validation to ensure the absolute accuracy and legal compliance of final settlements for all departing employees.
